How to Invest

Minimum Initial Investment: €125,000

Minimum Subsequent Amount: Not required, any amount can be re-invested

Commission: No commission is charged for the participation in the investment fund

Minimum Holding Period of the investment: three (3) years from the investment date

Dividends Distribution

The investor will receive his / her dividend every three (3) months following the valuation of the investment fund.

Estimated payout / year 7%

Calculation of Rate of Return on an Annual and Quarterly Basis


How to redeem

After the elapse of the three (3) years Minimum Holding Period, the investor has the right to be returned with the minimum capital invested in the fund or part of it, as preferred.

No exit fees are charged.

The investor must declare five (5) months prior to the end of the three (3) years period his / her intention to redeem all or part of the initial capital of his / her investment.

Dividends

Topsmart, following its investment policy and in connection with its highly qualified board, has managed to distribute to its investors high returns.
